Experience supervised Open Gym at Breath of Fresh Air Fitness Club in Morgantown whenever BFA is open. Check the live calendar on the website's schedule page for the most up-to-date hours. Open gym offers flexibility for participants to reach your full potential in strength, endurance and confidence. Open gym is always staffed with a qualified Exercise Specialist to provide equipment instruction and a safe training environment.
Members can step into Open Gym at Breath of Fresh Air Fitness Club and use the gym's equipment at their own pace but with peace of mind knowing that Exercise Specialists are available. Open gym is an ideal time to work on individual goals identified at initial assessments, particularly in strength training. The gym has traditional fitness equipment to be used for cardio, strength training, and functional fitness (equipment listed below). We also have less traditional equipment, including rebounders and a Jacob's ladder, to keep things interesting. A trainer is always available to provide a demo of any equipment that is unfamiliar.
Need inspiration for what exercises to do during open gym? You're in luck. BFA Fitness Club special Workouts of the Week are posted on the board. These are approximately 20-30 minute workouts programmed by our Exercise Specialists and designed for any fitness level and age. One of the trainers is always available if you have questions about any part of these workouts.
